「The hotel itself had a great aesthetic, a beautiful pool area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual room experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small for my husband, daughter, and myself. The space felt very cramped, including the bathroom, and it made the stay uncomfortable overall. In addition, the TV in the room was broken and would not shut off unless it was unplugged. When I went behind the TV to unplug it, I discovered piles of dust built...

「The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome. We received a welcome basket with local treats when we arrived and breakfast delivered to the room every morning. There was a happy hour with wine, beer and charcuterie each evening. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and a good size. We have already recommended it to several people and will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.」

「I was on business in South Carolina for one day. I stayed in room 1103 on May 28th. I woke up with bed bugs on my stomach legs thigh and hands. I am 56 years old and this has never happened to me ever. I’m not even sure what I’m supposed to do. The lobby of this hotel looks great and the rooms a full of bed bugs. Stay away. Stay away.」
