“We were traveling to Carrollton, GA for a family wedding. This was a great location for my family - very close to the downtown area. It can easily accommodate 3 couples. The bedrooms are spacious and each bedroom has a full bath. The home has 2-zone air conditioning, one for each floor. The upstairs AC unit is a little loud - really the only drawback of this place. The living area/kitchen is also quite spacious. We invited family members to join us for games one rainy day and could easily……

“Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great.”

“I really enjoyed being able to relax with the Black Angus cows and Canadian geese (on a pond close). I spent many hours on the front porch.”

“I thought I reviewed this once already so this one will be quick, there is NO WASHER/DRYER, I missed that detail, stairs are steep, upstairs was cold, super basic, one roll of one ply toilet paper in each bathroom, minimal furnishings, good communication from owner, served our needs as we were barely there (gone all day and only came back to sleep), post cards on wall throughout house with instructions.”

“This is not just a simple VRBO. The property and things to do besides staying in the room are incredible. Sat byt the lake. Rode water trike. Grilled lamb lollipops. Wine tasting at a nearby winery. Add all that to the most interesting room makes this an incredible find. To paraphrase 'Doc Hollywood' -- you would be a bovine cityfied moron to pass up this gem.”

“The properly was as advertised but even better in person! The check-in process was super easy. This property gave us the “wow effect” as soon as we entered the gated entrance and upon opening the front door to a personalized welcome message. The home was well stocked with condiments, ice, lots of games, books, etc. and a reasonable supply of household items to get us thru our 3 night stay. The home and all of the many amenities were amazing! Many great memories were made and we will definitely……

“More modern and very clean, than Luxurious. It was a good thing that it was just my husband and I traveling only. Unexpectedly, the rental was for renting "only" 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house and with the owner still in the house. We weren't sure if this was going to work out, because we are use to having the house rental to ourselves. But since we were planning to be out of the house majority of the day and just need a place to sleep, we would give it a try. However, this living situation……

“Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night and had a great time. Clean, modern, and met all of our needs. Our stay was rather short notice but Jordan was quick with his responses and easy to work with. We parked at the bungalow and walked to downtown Carrollton where we had dinner at Shuckers and drinks at Local Ties. We ended our evening relaxing by the firepit out back. Super convenient and cozy little spot. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Disappointed when given check in information to find out the hot tub that was listed was broken. We made our selection based on the size of the house and the available hot tub. There were no check out instructions given. I never got a response from host as to how to leave the house at the end of our stay.”
