「very bad, check in process took very long, inconvenience payment at the hotel, cannot pay at the property in spite it stated on hotel.com you can, aircon not working properly, very hot, no one attended to our multiple requests for aircon problem, tissue paper and cleaning of garage can, no one even noticed there was a big garbage bag outside our room door for a few days, no staff present at the property for any assistance required」

「Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen.
Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen.
Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert...
