“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!”

“My husband & I stayed at this property for the 1st time for 8 days. The staff was amazing, pleasant, helpful. We have zero complaints. The food & drinks were delicious. We had a balcony pool view room on the 3rd floor. We used the gym 3 or 4 times. The beach is walking distance, but between the heat & my husband recovering from an ankle sprain, we opted for the golf cart shuttle. The beach was never packed, which was wonderful. There are designated beach lounges & umbrellas for the hotel & you……

“My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min……

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”
