"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"Spacious and high end accommodations. Staff were phenomenal with special mention to Joseph who worked in the restaurant for breakfast daily. I have severe gluten allergy (celiac) and he arranged for the chef to make me gluten free pancakes on our last day. Resort is beautiful and so quiet. "Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely return and recommend. "
