A lot of things in walking distance and train stop nearby for getting to other parts of the city was convenient. I would highly recommend this host and their space! Thank you for your hospitality! 「For the price, I guess it is fine. But it is, ultimately, an example of the landlord special where the rooms were obviously clearly thrown together as quickly as possible to create rentals. Walls were flimsy, the floor had a slight but noticeable angle to it, the window A/C unit was unsealed, leaving a huge hole that made the window unit run almost nonstop while I was there. The bed frame was rickety and leaning to one side, and there was no hot water in the shower.」

「Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. 「We are glad we stayed in this nice and bright studio. We found it very clean and any questions we had they were promptly answered by the host, that we found easy to communicate with. It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. We would love to stay there again if we need to return to Boston. Thanks for the excellent service provided.」
