Never under-estimate what NOT having a cup of coffee in the morning can do to one's stay...
The place was clean, right across from the pool, a nice balcony, big kitchen & laundry room, welcoming to dogs. There were some loud neighbors downstairs one night, and I wasn't crazy about the closet being inside the master bathroom, but the TV was nice. The complex was further away from the mall than I had imagined, but everything around there is only minutes away from it. I would have given this a five star rating, if it hadn't been for the "coffee situation!"
The very first morning, we tried to make a cup using the Keurig machine provided. It was full of water, turned on, plugged in, restarted, reloaded, everything....it wouldn't work (kept saying it needed water but it was full). We immediately messaged the contact listed....with no response. In fact, he didn't respond for more than a day, during which time we had to drive 5 minutes away, every morning, to get our coffee. When it's 6am and you have a business call scheduled, this is a big deal. When he finally did respond, it was only to say that he'd have 'someone look at it' but didn't specify when. No one ever showed up during our 5 day stay, so we had to do the coffee run EVERY DAY! By the end of it, I was angry. It cost us an additional $12/day for us to just have coffee, which is ridiculous when we were already paying to have it a part of our place. Not cool, dude.
