Knysna West Head View Point Hotels

"Stunning location, clean and comfortable room, excellent staff"

"Very nice owner and staff"

"Good kitchen, magical location, fantastic views, wonderful living area and balcony. Bar and restaurant also awesome and convenient. "

"Beautiful romantic hotel"

"This was an all around amazing experience. We stayed in the whale suite which had amazing views of ocean and cliff sides. We saw a pod of dolphins before dinner. Dinner was made there by an excellent chef. Highly recommend staying here."

"Awesome service "

"Right from checking in to checking out, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, lovely spacious bathroom. "

"Easy - the best place to stay on the Garden Route, easy. Huge place, has it all, first line in front of the beach, endless balcony space, huge rooms, spacious bathrooms, spotless clean - it has it all. And Marisa is the nicest host! Not even a single bad thing to say, just perfect."

"I enjoyed staying at the place. The area is isolated, safe, clean and appealing. The only downside is in winter it's very cold at the areas, would be nice to have an electric heater. Breakfast was very nice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Thanks. "

"Very very nice 2 bedroom units, very comfortable. Had the best sleep in weeks."

"Unfortunately not as expected. Needs a lot of work done. Not maintained and very porely managed. Well below expectations considering the price. Staff is sitting around on the cell phones or playing games on computers during working hours in the hotel lobby. "

"A beautiful hotel with fabulous views of the Indian Ocean and coast. Small and intimate with lovely rooms and large bathrooms containing molton brown products. Catering side is patchy though and there are no services in the evening when the staff go home. Lacking in atmosphere and slightly claustrophobic . Prices are high for what is essentially a serviced villa in a remote residential area. No room service in the evening."

"So warm and welcoming Gorgeous location and setting "

"Spotless room, wonderful hospitality and AMAZING breakfast with a view. Loved our stay!"

"Very welcoming and helpful hosts"

"Very close to local shops, short drive to the waterfront"

"Great location and helpful staff."

"Been to Knysna now on many times, stayed in various types of accommodation within the town, very impressed with this hotel, ideal for walking around town, the marina and it's location is great, ideal for walking to many of the towns restaurants' and bars. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was fine although there are many cafe's around the hotel should one want any alternative breakfast, although what we had was fine."

"Nice view"

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, lovely staff. "
