「Very clean , nearby downtown and metro, easy to go anywhere 」

「We were put in a capsule in the far end and it was a hot box in there that for the first night we had to book another hotel last minute. They said it was an air conditioning issue but they told the same thing to a couple who checked in the day before us but failed to fix it when they said they would. Not to mention that upon arrival, we had to find this out ourselves. The front desk lady did not bother to mention that there is an ongoing issue when she very well knew about it. It was very shady....

「I booked this hotel, confirmed it was shared washrooms which as an adult is fine to keep the cost down. However with younger kids we weren't comfortable with that. When asked for a refund 5 MINS! after booking they kept the entire large amount of funds and when calling no one seemed to have the ability to help with this. I am disgusted with this property. We walked it to see how it was and the shared bathrooms were disgusting. DO NOT book this place unless you want to support a business who...

「地點方便，近地鐵站和機場巴士 房間乾淨、寧靜 但房內浴室窗戶只遮了一半，可以清楚見到對面屋 去前枱問職員有無窗簾或甚麼東西可以遮掩 職員回答所有浴室都是這樣半遮，沒有問題...... 很好奇職員是否在對面樓測試過角度真的安全」

「Room and toilet are clean. Not far from metro Sherbrooke. Front desk are nice. Ideal for backpackers, especially the breakfast is included. it's a good place to meet some new friends.」
