「Everything is special and extraordinary at House of Tugu. It's an oasis in the most populous city on the planet. The staff's attention to detail is outstanding, from flowers placed here and there, turn down service. The hotel itself is a museum, with uniquely decorated rooms. We stayed in The Colonial Room and highly recommend room 309, so long as you have a good sense of direction. It's a bit of a maze, which I'm proud to have easily mastered.
