"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. "Stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."

"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
