「Room was pretty cold」

「We have stayed here before because they accept pets (for $15 extra a night). There's nothing special about the motel, just an easy location for a decent price. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the rooms could use a little updating with paint, but otherwise just fine.」

「Place is simple and cheap, could use some upkeep on building, door sticks and the water spigot for the sink drips and being held with duct tape. No bathroom just a portapotty to use. And watch out for the mice. It's a beautiful location on the west fork of the kickapoo River with access to the River.」

「Oven did not work. Did not notice no indoor bathroom.」

「The cabin was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We were in the area to kayak the Kickapoo River and the cabin was close to where we launched (about 8 mins). It was cozy to relax in after 12.5 miles of kayaking. We enjoyed sitting outside, seeing wildlife including a deer, and hearing an owl at night. We plan to be back!」
