“Depuis le jour de notre arrivée ils n’arrivaient pas à accepter qu’on a pris l’hôtel en demi-pension chaque dîner a avait le droit d’attendre l’accord de je ne sais pas qui et surtout les avertissements vous n’avez pas le droit aux plats premium je ne sais pas s’ils avaient le droit de le faire et on nous prévenait à chaque dîner que les boissons sont payantes Une soirée on a attendu deux heures et on n’a même pas eu le dîner il y avait des tables qui sont arrivées après nous qui étaient……

“Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.”

“We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt……

Auf den ersten Blick also ein Ort, der viel verspricht. Umso überraschender war es, dass es trotz der Lage am Meer keinen frischen Fisch gab. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass ausschließlich tiefgefrorener Fisch serviert wird – obwohl auf der Karte „Fish Catch of the Day“ steht. Auch die Qualität des Essens insgesamt war während……

“Reception staff are always on hand. The food for breakfast was super and service on all days we were there was efficient and made sure we left satisfied. Plenty of choice on the menus for breakfast and evening meals. ”

“The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.”

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”

“Great concept but not complete yet - Still building at the site - Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely ”
