「So close to the mountains you feel like you can touch them from your room. This hotel is beautiful and has that upscale luxury feel to it with a full service spa. 「We stayed here the night before we boarded our cruise. Great location, amazing staff and nice rooms. Highly recommend」

「Most of the staff were wonderful, but, and this may show my age, it took awhile to get one of them to help me with a bus problem. Being told to go to the internet or go to the bus station to fix a ticket is not what I thought I should expect from a 5 star hotel. I had to ask the gentleman to cal for me to straighten out a problem. I had no car so when I was told that I had to go to the bus station in the dark to figure things out I was surprised. Everyone else was great.」
