“Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places.”

“Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance. ”

“The host was communicative, but the pick up process was confusing. The distances from New Street Station were farther just because of the triangle to get the key then go back another .6 mile to the apartment.The apartment had zero instructions on connecting to the internet or other amenities, again had to connect with the host to get details.The cleanliness was not great. Many of the pots, pans, and dishes needed to be washed. The floor was sticky and I ended up mopping it myself. It seemed……
