"The Belvedere Estate was a beautiful building and the grounds were very nicely kept but I would not recommend the Abbey Room. The mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on springs, definitely not a refreshing weekend of sleep. "Reserved a king but ended up with 2 queen beds. Hotel offered complimentary breakfast the next morning however wasn't able to use it due to a conference start time. Magnifying mirror on the wall in the bathroom had become unscrewed and was falling down. Otherwise 4.5 out of 5 stars. I've stayed here before and will continue to stay here when I'm in Grand Rapids"
