We had the most amazing stay at this property on Lake Michigan! Calm, relaxing, serene. Everything you’d want in a dreamy Lake Michigan getaway. Down to the last detail, this home had everything beautifully designed and decorated. Also: THE BEDS WERE AMAZING. Don’t listen to the review that said they are hard. They are very cushy and comfortable beds. Perfect family getaway for us. I think we may have to make this an annual tradition, because it was so wonderful.

Beach house getaway
Dune Crest was an absolute dream and I give it a 10 out of 10 rating! You will not be disappointed so book your stay as soon as possible as I am sure it’s going to book up quickly. This beach house is perfection and has everything you need from a grill, to beach chairs, beach towels, all the essential kitchen items you will need to cook with, etc. And we couldn’t have asked for a better location…you are steps away from the beach which is the best part! The house was a perfect fit for an our family of five and the sunsets were simply magical to watch every evening. We loved our stay here and hope to book again for next year. Thank you Dune Crest for an unforgettable week… our family will never forget it:)

Really beautiful place
Really beautiful cottage that has been tastefully remodeled top to bottom. Beautiful furnishings and the views are great! Nice rolling sand dunes walk to the beach which is nice compared to 100+ stairs down as you typically see along the lakeshore. So that was a big plus! The cottage was comfortable for 4 people (2 adults/2 kids) No tv which I personally loved. The location is between our 2 favorite towns to go shopping and eat out…Holland & Grand Haven. The only reason I took away a star was the beds, although they’re clearly newer, the mattresses were so hard my husband and I barely slept the entire week. Our kids also had trouble sleeping through the night most nights. We likely wouldn’t rent again for that reason even though we visit Michigan yearly. Seriously beautiful cottage other than the big miss with the beds. Sleep is important if you’re looking to head home feeling truly rested.

We had a great stay at the cottage! It’s exactly as described. Decorated nicely. Recently renovated. Has everything you need for the beach and very close to Holland and Grand Haven. Highly recommend!!
