"A gem! Located in the historic Grandview District, this property was a wonderful find. Our cottage was beautifully finished and had a separate kitchen and living area. The best part for us was the pool - we had it all to ourselves! Felt like we were at a private resort. Walkable to the lovely Hive café for breakfast and lunch. If you want to “see and be seen “in Palm Beach, this isn’t your place. But all of those things are only 5 to 10 minutes away. For us, it was perfect."

"The homemade breakfast was delicious each morning. There were other selections too such as yogurt, bagels, toast and fruit. The coffee was excellent as well. "Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

"This was not a hotel. bad neighborhood and we could not even get in to check in. no answer when we called. homeless sleeping out front and no markings on door. we drove past it 3 times. we had to pay $170 at another hotel."

"My wife and I enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our get away. We enjoying walking to the local coffee shop and driving to the excellent food options nearby. The host were wonderful, very responsive and the property was as it seemed in the pictures. Some of the other post alluded to the bed and it was a bit soft for my preference and my wife’s but we made due, it was only for a week. Outside of that the house was perfect! I would stay her again!"

"The property was perfect for our two night stay. We really just needed a bathroom and a place to sleep, and this place was just right for that! The beds and bathroom were clean, and the AC cooled the place down immediately. Towels and wash clothes were provided as well!"
