The bright and airy second story apartment is located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for vacationers and business travellers with its convenient location of 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal.
The space
The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The unit has a half wall that separates the living space from the bedroom. The comfortable living room has a tv, little dining table that can be extended, and a fully stocked kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a queen sized bed, walk-in closet and a dresser that can open up into a desk. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside. If you have a young child traveling with you, let us know and we can try to accommodate.
Sites to see
WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches. Nice Place

Very clean simple accommodations in a great location. I took advantage of the bike and the beach chair for pleasure in my downtime. Close to PBI and the Intercoastal waterway. I had a conference at PGA National it was a short 25-minute commute in the morning.

Our time in West Palm Beach was great. VRBO was attractive and close to Palm Beach Atlantic University where our granddaughter attends. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute, quiet, and private

This was the perfect spot for me during my recent visit to WPB! Minutes from the beach, close to downtown, and easy access to the main roads to go more into town to see family. The amenities including the washer/dryer and beach chairs and towels are so great!

A Hidden Gem

As the title suggests, this bright, clean, small apartment is exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, a good neighborhood, easy access, perfect for 1-2 persons. I will gladly return next time I travel to visit my grandson.

I loved this stay - it exceeded my hopes so much! It was spotlessly clean and super quiet - the two things I look for most in a rental. It was bright and open and I was surprised to see how many supplies were available. Most places I stay at offer the bare minimum but this had an abundance. I would totally stay here again!

This property is well located and feels safe. The owners have thought of everything and the little caring details show. The property is clean, comfortable and well cared for. Nice 3 night stay

This is a great location for a short stay. It is smaller than we would stay for a longer length of time but was great for what we needed. We were out all day sightseeing and back for a restful night. The property is exactly as picture shows. If you have trouble with stairs, or just don't like them, this wouldn't work for you. Kelly and Tyson responded immediately with all questions or needs. The bed is comfortable, the unit was clean and I would stay again.

Quiet well-stocked rental!

Everything was as expected. Although it was difficult for us 60ish year old guests to find local programming on tv. We finally decided you had to use your own passwords for your own tv subscription. We chose not to do that. But the unit was very quaint and welcoming, comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, with even a few extras. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Palm Tree Treehouse

I don't even know where to begin. We had such a great experiencing staying here. The location was perfect for us being close to Planet Fitness, Publix, beaches and the Palm Beach Ballpark. We were never more than 30 minutes away from where we wanted to be, even with traffic. With the apartment being on the second floor, it was like waking up in the palm trees. I felt the value for this property was amazing, considering the neighborhood. We talked to other people at spring training who were spending a lot more for much less. The hosts were always very prompt to answer any questions. We are already planning for our spring training trip for next year and plan to stay here again.
