The brand new 2024 heated pool is surrounded by a large patio with spacious lounge chairs, perfect for stretching out and enjoying the Florida sun. The large porch area is an ideal place to relax in the shade, and the BBQ grill allows you to enjoy cookouts with everyone!
INTERIOR - Main House: Inside, the open floor plan flows from the living area to the stunning chef's kitchen- fully stocked with anything and everything you will need! The large island is outfitted with four seats - directly adjacent to the six-person dining table. The living room has a spacious seating area and features a large HDTV for your enjoyment. Ample closet space, laundry with washer and dryer, and a powder room complete the interior.
BEDROOMS - Main house :
Bedroom 1: Primary suite - King bed, ensuite full bath.
Bedroom 2: Two full beds, shared full bath.
Bedroom 3: One queen beds, shared full bath.
Additional: Pull-out couch, queen. Powder bathroom or shared full bath.
INTERIOR - Guest Cottage: The perfect private sanctuary! Enjoy a separate primary suite with ensuite bathroom, separate laundry area, powder room and second full kitchen + living space with HDTV. Entirely renovated with a private side yard- complete with yoga mats for a home workout!

This property includes security features, such as smart locks and exterior Ring cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
Pool heating is $50/day and can be arranged ahead of time to be ready for your stay. Please let us know if you would like the pool to be heated prior to your arrival.
Pet fee is $125 per pet with a maximum of two pets. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any and all damages caused from pets are the financial responsibility of the guest. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances as allergies to them are common.
All essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath and pool towels, etc. are supplied- no need to pack those!
You will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival! If you need local recommendations for restaurants and activities, please do not hesitate to reach out. There is so much to do within a short drive of our home :)
