Cozy spot great for entertaining family/friends

We stayed for a week. Lots of things walking distance and lots more a short (20 mins) drive away. Management company were responsive and helpful. Kitchen well equipped and tons of seating spaces. Pool and outdoor space was lovely.

Wonderful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Periwinkle House, especially the lovely neighborhood, which was convenient to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The property is well-fenced, so our doggy could not escape, and it is a very dog-friendly area. The best part of this rental was the management company, which handled several issues promptly and graciously.

Stay at Periwinkle 7/3/21-7/10/21

The house was perfect for our large group of 7 adults and 3 children. It was in a perfect location and close to everything! A short drive got us to the beach each day or to shopping/restaurants. The pool was awesome and private. It felt like our own little oasis. All of the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very attentive and responded to any minor issue immediately. We will definitely want to stay at this location again! Thanks for a fun filled week in West Palm!

Cute house. Loved the pool area. The house was clean and functional for a large group of people. The operators were easy to deal with. Only minor complaints are the neighbors and the shady pool. It was cold to swim some days because the pool is almost entirely in the shade, but other days it was perfect. The neighbors are interesting... Great place overall! Loved the location. Loved the house. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful older home that has been remodeled inside. Nice pool (water was a little too cold for our taste) with lovely deck area in rear. We enjoyed the home and especially the neighborhood. Very nice area to walk in and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Palm Beach Atlantic University campus. Parking (always at a premium in West Palm Beach) was very adequate for our 2 vehicles. Even though exiting the passenger side was difficult due to a hedge that encroaches, it was nice to park off the street. We had 2 minor incidents with plumbing, but the owners were quick to help and we got by with minimal inconvenience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would rent the home again. Nice house and REALLY nice owners! Thanks for letting us borrow your home.
