“I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention. The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. “Our recent stay was fabulous. The location in downtown Ephrata was excellent, near many places to shop and eat. Walmart and Giant Grocery store were nearby. The apartment itself had much larger rooms than they appear in the photos. Recently completely remodeled with all high-end finishes. Immaculately clean, and I am real fussy. The decor is modern yet comfortable. Our host was so easy to work with and was in touch with us promptly when we had any questions.”
