“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……

“The room was clean, check in was fast and easy to do. The breakfast in the mornings was ready right at 6 am every day that I was there. Pretty nice to have that before I had to leave for work while I was there.”

“Very clean and appears new, but I understand that it has been there for a while. Conveniently located as to area, but behind some other buildings so little hard to find the entrance. Quiet, though, so a pretty good trade-off. Staff was attentive and helpful.”

“Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect.”

“My bad, when I made the reservation I didn't ask what how much the pet fee was. They charged me $75 for a one night stay. This was my first and LAST stay at a Hampton. I feel scammed.”

“The front desk person was out smoking when we arrived and when they came inside they were rude. There was black hair, it looked to be dog or cat hair all over the bedding and the towels in the bathroom. I went to use the fridge and their was a dessert container on the top shelf so that had not been cleaned or looked in. The rest of the hotel seemed failry clean.”

“This is a nice place to stay in downtown LaCrosse Walking distance to all the resturants and bars. This was previously an Holiday Inn but soon to be changing to another brand. Hope they don't change too much as it is a nice place to stay. They do need to have some sort of breakfast amenities, as there are none except coffee!”

“Check in was a bit bumpy. We asked for a private room for our anniversary, but the young hotel clerk put us on the first floor and our window faced outdoor seating. Otherwise our stay was very nice.”

“Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta.”
