「When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children...

「We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! 「The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

「The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. 」

「This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions...

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
