「Avoid this hotel!!! They are in the middle of reconstruction. They were ripping the hotel rooms apart due to issues with the building itself. Why?! The front desk staff member was very helpful; Kudos to you trying to make a difficult check in a bit easier due to construction. But it was her manager that made the complicated check in harder for us and for her staff! The hall way was obstacle course. Wardrobes ripped out, no base boards beds were gone! It was difficult to find a room to put...

「For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I...

「Standing water in tub, asked front desk to send someone the next day to fix, they never came. Called front desk also and asked for towels and they never brought them to the room. Breakfast was really good and room was well cleaned.」
