"This VRBO was very Comfortable. Old Rustic House thats Been Upgraded with Modern Accomodations. We felt Very Relaxed here. We cooked Dinner /Breakfast . and enjoyed some Livation. Sitting area outside was perfect. . and we slept well.. . The only thing we were surprised about was the On Street Parking for unloading. And the Stairs at the Entrance.. Not Handicap Accesibble. But, in the end.. We were very happy. And will stay again. No Problem"

"We had a big group with all different ages. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and very thoughtfully decorated. The pool table, poker table and Pac-Man kept us all entertained during out time there. Hosts were friendly and responsive."

"Leslie was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed including portacrib, bikes, wagon to pull to the beach, sand toys and kitchen equipment. The beach was great for the 3 and 7 year olds. Niantic is a quaint town with lots of eating places in the area. We will reserve the house when we return to the area. Thanks for all your help."

"We really enjoyed this home and it was a perfect location for us. The house sits back from a main street and is well insulated so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great...

"We had a great time in Greenport. Nice low-key neighborhood. Easy walk or bike ride into town and very close to ferry. Freeport is sweet and had enough restaurants and shops to keep us entertained for a couple days. It’s close enough to the Shelter Island and more for further exploration. We made use of the bikes, which was great. The house has lots of space and is well cared for. The hosts were very responsive and available."

"Great place to stay!! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, games, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! All we needed to bring was food and clothes! Owner was very responsive to questions and very helpful with ideas where to eat and what to do. Will stay here again if we decide to go back to Connecticut!!"

The property is well taken care of, very dog friendly, tastefully decorated, modern yet charming, and spotlessly clean.
