“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not very clean, and basic necessities such as hand soap were missing from the bathrooms. These are small details, but they significantly affect comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the location felt unsafe. There were numerous homeless individuals and visible drug use in the immediate area, which made us uncomfortable coming and going, especially in the evenings. This was not clearly communicated in the listing and……

The check in information code was missing from the initial check in email, and the owners were delayed in answering our calls. If you are renting, be sure to have the key code provided in your check in email the day you check in. It is not the door code, it is a separate confirmation code to give to the key pick up location.”
