"We booked the “large room” category, which promised 100 sqm, but about half of that was outdoor terrace space, so the actual room was much smaller than expected. Location-wise, we were placed all the way at the bottom of the property near the highway, not around the main complex as we’d hoped. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all in our building, while it apparently worked fine elsewhere on the property, which made this particular block feel even more neglected. "The hotel is unique with historic heritage that is well maintained. The location is in a great, safe calm area of Seville. The furthest we walked was 25 minutes south everything was within reach. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The roof terrace is highly recommend to relax and cool off from the Seville sun."

"Air conditioning was slow in the beginning and took like 4-5 hrs to cool down but the receptionist was very kind. She offered to see if any other room was better. Breakfast was very simple. "Great hotel with a really relaxing atmosphere. The highlight was the fantastic roof terrace, which was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to help throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"
