「The apartment was very nice, clean and rather well kept. There were a couple small maintenance items and we had to buy paper towels, extra toilet paper, and soap but the host was very responsive and reimbursed us. The unit is very secure. Would stay here again.」

「The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene. I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend.」

「Mark is hands down the best host we have ever had on VRBO or any other platform like this, he is amazing.Let me start by mentioning that he owns several units in the complex so he is worth messeging if you dont see something open,. We actually went down for 2 weeks just my wife and I and 3 of our kids came down to visit for a week, Mark moved us to one of his larger units to give us more space. He is on site 6 months of the year and consistantly was checking to see if we needed anything. He has...

「Wish more owners like Mark existed. Communication was on point the entire stay and he went overboard on making it memorable. I mentioned a special occasion to him and he sent my wife a nice bottle of wine for her 50th. Birthday! That's something a friend does not a VRBO owner. Don't think twice about staying in Marks units.」
