"What an amazing hotel! We were in a specialty room and it was perfect for myself and 4 kids. The room was so clean and well equipped and the layout was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the free breakfasts—the cut fruit and yogurt parfaits were the best part! Also loved the miso station and the hot food. Location was fantastic—an easy walk to the beach and numerous shops and eateries nearby. The trolley stopped nearby for the Pink line and the zoo was across the street. Check in was easy and pleasant and we were given water bottles and able to borrow beach “supplies” for free during our stay."

"The check- in and check- out was extremely quick which was perfect especially after flying for over 16 hours. The next morning we used the shuttle which was very convenient and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thank you! "
