“Twenty of twenty one members of our children and grandchildren gathered for a 4 day reunion in East Peoria. We were greeted by our host and his new wife and given a room by room tour of the premises. Even though we knew what we were expecting, we were still astonished at the size and beauty of what we saw. Choosing who was going to sleep in which room was difficult but it was finally accomplished.The host was excellent in taking care of our needs to the best of his abilities and each of us……

“The location was amazing. Worked perfect for our group of 12. Property manager was easy to communicate with, and super fast to respond. We would love to stay there again.”

“Parking right at the door was convenient when we arrived after dark. All the rooms had everything we needed. Everything was clean. Plenty of outlets for charging etc. Great view of the river from indoors. Sliding door opens to deck with steps down to the yard and right down to the water. Very quiet neighborhood. ”

“This is a great place with a beautiful view! It has everything you need for cooking and serving! The place was very clean and neat. The young people loved the pool. The only problem we had was several hornets nests, which caused three little kids to get stung. We bought spray and sprayed the nests.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The cabin was extremely clean, had everything we needed (towels, bedding, basic kitchen supplies), and the ac unit kept up even in the heat wave we were experiencing (plus there are several fans you can move where desired). It has a beautiful view of the river, and the outdoor garden/patio space is stunning. The host even shared some tomatoes and peppers with us - yum! Yes, the floors are wonky and the ceiling is low in places, but it adds to the unique……
