In the heart of Orchard Road shopping centres. Staff were polite and courteous. Sheets smelled fresh, room was clean, soundproofing good.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG
Entering the hotel, ambience is amazing, staff were helpful (i did not try the automate check in), Amenities especially the pool were fantastic. Room was spacious and the seat by the window in our room meant i could read with a view which was amazing.

Have to upgrade on maintenance. Not enough staffs for everyday housekeeping. Every three days housekeeping is not good. Need to check throughly with safe because we have to call two separate days for dying out safe battery. Laundry room needs to upgrade with more big washing machines and dryer. Washing ...
