“We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary at this property. It was ideal for a large group. Plenty of room for multiple families to have privacy and extra room for the teens to hang out! Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again.”

“The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. “The house was very clean and cozy. It is in a wooded area so there are ants inside, but that was no reflection on the cleanliness. If you have lower back troubles the couch may exacerbate them, but with a few extra pillows I found it to be just fine. Very nice place all around. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. ”

“Great little house. Had everything you would need. Air conditioning, towels, linen, soaps, shampoo. Dock was just down a long driveway. It was nice to fish at and lounge on. We didn’t use the kayaks but they were right at the lake for use with life jackets inside the house. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Property was well set up with lots of things for the family to do. Everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing and private mountain break. Sauna and hot tub were very clean and well mentioned. Host was responsive and always available. Thanks ”
