"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "

"Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very special. Location is perfect for terminal 2 international and domestic and can be walked in a few minutes or via a free shuttle. Arrived very late and early checkout so didn't get to try the spa or even try breakfast after a late room service meal (which was excellent). All in all a superb hotel. "

"The property is good but the team and management is very greedy and non co-operative. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 4 nights. I told Sayoni and Heena at check in that I will stay one day less, and they said it was ok but when I checked out they said it’s a third party booking so we can’t change. I wrote to hotels.com and they said they had informed the property over email and no one was picking their phone. I have all the emails and chat proof. Will never stay again. Rm 621 check your records."
