"Ive been staying at this hotel every summer on and off (sometimes in the winter) for over 20 years. Some of my best memories have been there. While its hardly the fanciest hotel on that particular strip, it'll always be my home away from home.
When we arrived, the air conditioner didnt work in our room, a first time problem for a hotel Ive probably spent a few months at if you total up all my stays-- they came up, gave us keys to a new room and it was as lovely as always.
I love this hotel. Even when they changed the majority of their staff. It'll always hold a special place in my heart."
