My only suggestion would be some sort of available baby gate for stairs protection (we were able to improvise) as well as a highchair option. We had local family so was able to borrow one. “Check in went really well.The rooms were much darker than anticipated. The pictures online looked much brighter. The furniture needs a some TLC--a lot of chipped paint, torn back rest on the couch, well-loved "sitting spots" on the couches. Stains on the carpet areas.It was a clean place but for what we paid per night, I kinda expected a little higher quality details.Host interaction was very prompt, expectations well laid out. “The home was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the availability of extra toiletries although we did not need them. Communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh. The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night.
