「The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.」
