「First time staying at Hollywood casino but been to every other casino there and all the ones that are now gone, the place is a ghost town around there . Bed was comfortable and room was clean but the noise they keep playing all night long out in the casino sounds like it was right near our room and couldn't sleep for nothing with that going on.」

「 Room was SPOTLESS!! …not fancy but good enough and really very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good for us while traveling. Didn't see much of the property but what we saw looked nice. It was more or less off season in the area so it was hit or miss for restaurants. Oh, the coffee provided in the room was EXCELLENT…really didn't expect that. Temps dropped and it was cold but they had turned on the heater for us before we arrived. That was thoughtful. Heater kept us warm...
