"Booked and prepaid for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, was told that no nonsmoking rooms were available. As there were a few people ready to check in, the front desk employee suggested we look at a room before checking in. The room we looked at smelled horrible and the carpet had been removed - the floor was concrete. The front desk employee told me that he would authorize a refund if Hotels.com called. Minutes later, he disappeared and failed to answer phone call from Hotels.com or me. Walking from the room that was shown to us, I received offers of drugs and sex. The employee heard this and didn't react, business as usual. A day later, my refund has not been authorized. I've contacted the police regarding the illegal actively and the fire marshal regarding code violations. I got screwed out of $60. No problem, I believe in asymmetric retaliation. I want to take down his business. I'll fail because crackheads and prostitutes find comfort at this hotel."

"The entire hotel is under renovation. The rooms were disgusting. The parking lot was full of old mattresses and old furniture. There was furniture sitting out through out the hotel. Do NOT stay here! All other hotels were booked, so were were forced to sleep here. It was absolutely terrible! Beware! The pictures of the rooms on the website is a complete scam! "

"We are traveling band and we wanted a head start out of Nashville to the next gig. Not sure how this was what hotels.com figured was on our way but since we don’t know any better we booked here. It’s way off the beaten path. First off the room smelled horrible. Stains everywhere. Looked like someone may have died in the chairs. Cigarette burns everywhere. We are from California and even though we stay in hotels all over the nation we don’t run into smoking rooms really ever. The cost of the room was incredibly high. The pillow was like a sheet. The bed was so uncomfortable. The comforter was like a sheet. You can’t control the temperature in the room so this time of year it was like an inferno midway through the night. We had the heater on low. The shower was like a hose coming out of the wall. Filth everywhere. I’ve stayed in a lot of places that suck in my years of touring the nation. This place took the cake. Only positive is there wasn’t like tweakers. But from the looks of the room they need a major update with these prices. "
