"First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! "This place was very charming and in an excellent location. very charming, clean, etc. The only things to watch out for are: The stair are small and steep. It was fine for us, but an older person of someone without great balance may not want to stay there. Because of the location (in a charming old village) it was hard to find when we arrived. Could have provided small body wash lotions, shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom for guest use, but that’s a more minor point. A couple of plates & mugs were already chipped prior to our arrival, so that should be looked after better, prior to guest arrival. Didn’t communicate with the property manager, so gave a 1 star rating there"
