“The property is well kept and private. The walkability to the great local restaurants and groceries is a 9. Parking is off-street behind the main house, at the foot of the stairs to the private apartment, easily accessible and safe. Travel to Boston is available by commuter rail (purple line) Melrose Highlands 1 mile away. There are many walking, biking, hiking, and boating, options nearby. The owners are accessible if needed.”

“This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T. ”
