“Good customer service , need to improve the sound prevention or isolation between rooms. No free wi fi provided. The bathing or washing lotion not refilled daily. Next to Mc donald is much more convienence. The location is too far away from the railway station, need to take taxi or bus to railway. No shuttle bus provided.”

“The room was cleaner than most motels in Sydney. However, the AC was very loud and noisy, so it had to be turned off before sleeping. In addition, the AC remote did not have functional batteries installed, so I had to replace them with the ones in the TV remote. Thankfully, they worked.”

“I stayed in a single room with ensuite bathroom. Not fancy but had everything I needed including access to shared kitchens and sutting areas. It was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. ”

“飯店位在雪梨市中心跟藍山的中間點。我們訂的是家庭房，房間空間很大很舒服。飯店人員很熱情，仔細的告訴我們停車場的位置，以及餐廳位置。餐廳水準很高，選擇很多，我們吃了泰國菜跟意大利菜,非常的好吃，價錢也合理。回房間後覺得房間空調不夠冷，跟櫃台反應後也馬上換了一個房間給我們。很棒的住宿經驗。”

“對於自駕遊嘅旅客．這是一個很好的住宿。15分鐘車程可以找到很多美食。酒店歺廳內有自助早餐，每位收費AUD25,雖然食物選擇不多，只有腸仔。煙肉… 6款熱食，但煙肉做得出色。冇限咖啡菓汁添飲，這個價格很不錯。所選的是三人房，與相片提供間格一樣。房間簡潔，只是因為地毯略為扣分。浴室水壓很好。是在澳洲找到比較好的一所。整體算是尚好，下次會再入住”
