"We enjoyed our stay. It's in a very busy area, but the pool area was serene. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We could hear guests in other rooms flush the toilet or take a shower, but it wasn't overpowering. We were right beside a busy highway but the windows were insulated enough to where we could barely hear the cars. Overall, very pleasant experience. "

"We were given a key at checkin to a room where people were still sleeping. Then waited 2 hours for another room key. The front desk person kept disappearing not to be found. When we got into the room that night the TV did not work. Front desk was going to send someone up but no one ever came. The handle to the shower door fell off as we opened it. "

"We had a great stay- nice pool and amenities, great location! Only reason I dropped to 4* on property condition is there was some construction bye one of the pools.. aside from that- perfect stay! "

"Great location, the hotel refurb looks great, enjoyed Little Palm and the coffee shop. Was clean. To be honest, i dont know if its a generational thing, but not very friendly - ot sure what it was. Valet with the moustache was the most helpful. "

"We have stayed at Emeline multiple times throughout the years. Our first few stays after the opening were wonderful, the last few ones have been hit or miss. We didn't have a big issue this time but have been disappointed by the quality of the service and the cleanliness, or lack of. We booked a suite for 3 people with one king bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding or pillows so we asked the reception to send housekeeping. When we got back to the room, the sofa bed was open and the sheets were lying on top but the bed wasn't made. At $500 a night, it would be nice not to have to make the bed ourselves. Everything we used in the room was not replaced (coffee pods, cotton etc). One day we got only one hand towel for 3 people. Little things but it was annoying to constantly have to deal with that. The room looked clean at first but baseboards, doors, the rack under the sink were really gross. When we checked out, we were presented with a bill that was 3 times higher than we expected. It turned out that 3 different mistakes were made, including the amenity fee that was charged twice per night for one room. Not sure how that can happen. It took us over 20 minutes to check out, the worst part was that the employee was not even apologetic, and borderline unpleasant. We love Emeline for its location but the service really needs to improve."
