“I was absolutely overjoyed with this choice. The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious and I’m a very picky eater. “We had a wonderful experience at Sophie’s Enchanted Cottage! Just as described, the space was private, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the private courtyard and entrance, and was easy to check in.

“We could not have had a better weekend. Made a large group of six couples, all friends from high school. The size of the house, the number of bedrooms each with their own individual bathroom, made the house perfect for our stay. The cleanliness, the decor, and the house itself went well beyond expectations. After the long days in the quarter, the pool was a great respite to wind up the day before going to bed and starting all over again. This house could not be any better. Check-in was perfect……

“This was a quaint place located in the garden district. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk from the park and the street car system. Street parking was available however if it was not, there was also a parking lot directly across the street. It was well lit outside and felt very safe!”

“Our stay was amazing! Our first trip to New Orleans and the owners of this amazing home made it absolutely perfect! The restaurant recommendations from them were amazing and so was the music recommendations! Walking distance to everything but just far enough to get some peace and sleep. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
