“The best place to stay in preston! We absolutely loved it we stayed in the fairytale room and was greeted with a lovely note with some chocolates and treats to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Everything is to such a high standard very modern very clean and extremely comfortable we will most definitely be booking to stay here again! Couldn’t fault anything ”

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
