IMPORTANT: While you will have access to both the upstairs and downstairs of the home, it is important to note that there are no internal stairs. The access to the upstairs level is via the external stairs.
Spread across the two levels, you have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 main kitchen plus a kitchenette - plenty of space for up to 10 guests to be comfortable.

House Rules and Information
Parking: 4 x off street parking in the driveway, including boat parking. The garage cannot be used for parking.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
