“Thoughtfully furnished and well appointed property. The en-suite bathroom and kitchen are tastefully updated. The host has thought of everything! Easy and plentiful off-street parking. Communication was quick and thorough. Great experience.”

“Other than cleanliness, two things are very important when we travel -- a comfortable bed and a good shower. This property had both. We also liked the proximity of wonderful seafood restaurants within a 30 minute drive (favorite was Oyster Creek in Leed's Point). Smithville was a fun place to visit.”

“Nice apartment, good location. A little more attention to detail on the part of the hosts would help: for example, the bathroom had soap, but no washcloths, shampoo, or body wash. The kitchen would benefit from a tea kettle in addition to the coffee maker. The living room furniture was not that comfortable. Instead of the massage chair, a large armchair would be nice. The thermostat seemed to be on a program that we were unable to override. Overall, it was adequate for our needs, but these……

The house was so clean and cozy for our family of 4. Such a perfect location close to the beach and walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and Fantasy Island. We can’t wait to come back!”
