"Perfect location in Maggie Valley. The motel was dated but the rooms had been refurbished. Had everything we needed for our one night stay. The lobby area was dark and needed air conditioning. Definitely needs an uplift. Has a restaurant and bar on the property right on the creek. Did not eat there but the margaritas were superb."

"We had a wonderful stay - the property is quiet, clean, fabulous location and views. Enjoyed the porch and the hot tub and even had a beautiful elk stroll by! The host was always very responsive. Looking forward to a return visit!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Heart of the Valley as a family and also a few times with our church youth group. If you have a large group it’s perfect. We really enjoy staying there. We have always been satisfied. We do feel like it may be time for a deep clean. The bedding is always clean! But it just needs a little TLC! Overall, we have always been satisfied!"

"This is a small piece of property in the middle of nature, with a small creek at the back of the property. Ideal for relaxing and forget about all the noise from the city.Kitchen has everything you need, room is spacious enough but the back patio it's exactly what we were looking and hoping for. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with.We will definitely come back!"
