"The hot tub did not work. We were staying for 10 days and had to have our keys reprogrammed every other day to enter the room. We also had to request maid/cleaning services since they were not doing ours daily for some reason. Pool area had damage to the concrete around it and it appeared very rusty at the bottom. "

"They do not offer daily housekeeping, only every third day "refresh.". Staff were very friendly. No Continental breakfast but apparently had a buffet for purchase, which we did not. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool. "

"The property feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. My room reeked of perfumey cleaner. Had trouble with the bathroom sink, got locked out unexpectedly. Not enough receptionists. Crummy soap and toiletries. Ran out of tissues immediately. Breakfast was good, parking good. Very quiet."

"I didn’t stay, room had dirty sheets, smelled bad, tried another room it was worse. I wouldn’t let my dog stay. Asked for refund said I have to get it from you."

"Clean room. Problem with room lighting dimming when ac compressor kicks in or clothes iron switched on. Towels were stained but not smelly. They were cleaned but the stains did not come out. Some towels had holes in them. Breakfast was always the same, burger patties and scrambled eggs. Waffle machine available. Some yoghurt fruits bread etc"

"Room was clean but sheets were dingy and furniture chipped and weird smell but I mean it was good enough for one night. "

"Filthy carpet, walls. Broken furniture. Paper thin walls - you can hear every peep from the sides, above and below. Staff was very nice though. "

"Pool was closed, sheets weren’t clean. Floor was filthy. Not even a chair in the room. Ice machine beyond disgusting. Do not consider staying there if you have any standards "

"Spa, so relaxing, resort itsrlf beautifully taken care of bit the room staff.....not so much. Didnt clean bathroom.or vacuum floors"
