Blackcomb Getaway

Camilla’s place was just fabulous for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and really warm and comfortable. It was a short walk to ski in and out and a great base for our stay.We would definitely stay again. Thanks Camila!

Loved the location. Short walk to the village and looked out on trees. We had family staying nearby and it was a quick jaunt through the trees to get to their location. It was very hot while we were there so the fans were appreciated. Would be nice to have deck chairs so we could sit outside on the patio, but other than that everything was awesome! Thank you.

Great ski stay

Perfect location for Whistler skiing. The condo is very nice and well kept. The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to work the fireplace, even after reviewing the instructions. Otherwise would definitely make a return visit.

This property had it all especially location. The hosts were extremely quick to respond and provided amazing customer service. Other than the property being a little cramped it was perfect and suited all of our needs and for the price it was a great value.

A Cozy Getaway.

We had an amazing week skiing and enjoying everything that Whistler has to offer. Ray and Camila's condo is amazing and in such a great location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and accessible. It was a quick walk to Blackcomb and Whistler village which made the location superb. We would definitely come back and really enjoyed our time.

Great place to stay, central to everything. Sleeps 6 without any issues. The only complaint would be no air conditioning, as we had 35c weather, but other than that I'm going to rent it again!

Liked the location of the building. The unit was as it appears in the pictures. There is a small flight of stairs to reach the unit after exiting the elevator. I texted a question to owner just after arrival and got a quick response. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, updated apartment close to Blackcomb base

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Ray and Camila's apartment the last full week of March. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated with enough dishes and silverware. The fireplace was a welcome touch. After a day of skiing, we were glad to be able to enjoy the communal hot tub. Covered parking was included as were the very helpful services of a concierge who made reservations for ski lessons and dinners. We would stay here again.

Cute and Cozy

Very nicely appointed condo. A little cozy for 6 people, but everyone loved it. The rooms were well thought out with lots of hooks and shelving. Some minor issues during stay but Owner was very responsive. Quiet condo too, at least during our stay. Also, I wouldn’t really call it ski in/ski out. More like ski out, but walk back. Still it’s a very nice 5 min. walk back from the Gondola. No brainer. Would rent again in an instant.

So good we are coming back!

Beautiful location, the actual unit itself had everything you could ask for. Practical and serene. Because you have the loft upstairs, there is a lot of space and you never feel cramped. It's a spot made for people who use the mountain : boot warmers, lots of hooks for your gear to hang and dry. Owners were easy to communicate with and we will be going back next week and planning a trip next year just so we can visit this spot again! We recommend skiing down from the aspens, and skiing in from there as the walk back to the unit was easier (but not long!) Thank you again we are so excited to spend more time in your lovely suite !

Worked for us, was a little hot.

Ray and Camila were on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in early July and without AC and a working ceiling fan upstairs it did get very hot. They made sure we had 4-5 small floor fans, but a couple of us opted to put mattresses in the living room with all the windows open. It cooled off enough at night so it wasn't a huge issue, but something others may want to keep in mind. It was a great place for my 5 friends and I to eat, sleep, and bike- then get up and do it all again the next few days. We'd bring some bigger fans and definitely stay again! 4.5/5 Stars!

Just tired

Nice place but “tired”. Screens and fans very dusty….the ceiling fan in loft does not work(we were told late in the reservation) there were 3 fans in loft but were noisy and hot as no window to draw in cool air. Small bedroom with bunks is more of a closet …again no window and hot. Nice balcony but no outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy. Again, glass needs cleaning. Beds are comfy but to hot in bunk room to sleep on top bunk. Building is quiet and pool area nice.

Comfy and well equipped

All we needed for a ski week as a family of five. The apartment was comfy and well equipped. Camila was very quick to respond to questions and helpful when we arrived a bit early. The facilities in the block were good especially the laundry. And all in all we had a fab week

Nice property in the upper village. Makes great use of space, with a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. All in all, this is one of the nicer places we've stayed in Whistler with our family of 4 and will likely stay again.

Great area for skiing and dining

Have a fantastic trip...enjoyed the accommodations and the location of the ski villages. A little bit of a hike to the gondola about a 10 minute walk. The path was very icy path. The beds were very comfortable...we will be back :-)

Family ski vacation

Great location on the Blackcomb mountain with a short walk to the gondola and village. Convenient onsite parking and apartment facilities like hot tub/pool. Communication with owner was great though we had a slight delay with check in as the apt wasn't ready by 4PM. Apt was comfortable for family of 4. A couple of things need to be fixed - broken microwave handle and there were no wine glasses :)
