The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained and very comfortable. Most bedrooms had ensuite facilities which we found extremely useful. The hosts were easy to contact and replied promptly if we had any queries. The location was superb being close to the town centre but not on a busy road. We were able to park near the property using parking permits supplied by the hosts. All in all it was very good value for money and we would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Whitby

One Mulgrave Place was everything we expected to be ~ absolutely beautiful property ~ however the stairs are worth a mention as there are a lot of them! Excellent location, parking was a little tricky ie having to unload the car in a rush whilst parked on double yellows and then having to look for a parking space which was a bit of a free for all! However we realise we were there over what was a very busy weekend with the regatta etc but the Red Arrows display was outstanding and proved to be the most spectacular way to spend our final evening. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house in an ideal location but outside seating area needed some tlc plus a tin of dog food has been left in a bucket and stank. Also ample fridge space however a tiny ice box instead of a freezer that wasn’t really suitable for storing anything but ice.
